Before I tell you what the actual recipe is, I feel like have to let you know it contains nutritional yeast. If you are on a very strict raw vegan diet you might not want to consume nutritional yeast. It is not technically raw but because it is really healthy, a lot of raw recipes contain it anyway. But now for the recipe! For one small bowl of dip you will need:
- 100g of sun-dried tomatoes
- 20g of pine nuts
- 40g of walnuts
- 10g of nutritional yeast
- a little water
Simply blend the tomatoes, nuts and the nutritional yeast in your blender or food processor and add water until you get your desired texture.
Then enjoy your raw vegan tomato pesto dip with some frest veggies!
