Raw Vegan Nut Chocolates

This is a very basic recipe, feel free to add anything you like. I think many dried fruits, for example, would work great with this recipe.

You will need:

  • 100g of pitted dates (seriously, make sure you bought pitted dates or pit them, you do not want to put them in your food processor with the pits still in them)
  • 60g of walnuts
  • 20g of cocoa powder
  • some flax seeds

Blend the dates, walnuts and cocoa powder in your food processor. Then form little balls out of the date-walnut-cocoa-dough (do not worry, if it looks a little crumbly in the food processor, it will by sticky and doughy when you try to form it with your hands). Roll the balls in flax seeds. Refrigerate your chocoltes for a little while to harden them. Enjoy!
